- Stacking toppings: place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the grilled burger patty and allow the heat to melt it.
- ASSEMBLE BURGERS: Spread lettuce leaves on the bottom of the toasted buns, then top with the marinated burger patties, followed by grilled bacon, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and shredded red onion in that order.
- FINAL SAUCE: Spread the other half of the bun with homemade BBQ sauce and cover the burger.
- PERFECT PRESENTATION: Place the assembled burgers back on the grill and heat them slightly over a low flame to make the whole burger even more aromatic and hot.

- Fire Control: Bring the coals to a medium temperature to ensure even grilling and avoid burning on the outside and burning on the inside.
- Meatloaf Making: Divide the seasoned beef into equal portions and gently press them into the shape of a meatloaf, being careful not to press them too firmly to keep the meat juices.
- Bread toasting: Cut the bagels and gently place them on the edge of the grill, allowing them to slowly become crispy from the aroma of the charcoal.
