Methods:

  1. Beat eggs and mix with milk, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread the crab meat evenly on the bottom of the baking mould and pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with spring onions and parsley and bake in preheated oven until egg mixture is set.
